- On-site visit & consultation
We come to your home, look at your porch or patio area, take measurements and talk about how you want to use the space.
- Design & written estimate
Based on your layout and goals, we design a screen porch or patio room and provide a clear written estimate with roof options (flat or hip) and any structural considerations.
- Permitting & scheduling
Our team handles the permit process where required and schedules your project once approvals are in place.
- Construction & installation
